Returns and exchange details

We gladly accept returns on most items for a product refund.
– Contact us within 7 days of your package arriving.
– Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
– $5 shipping cost for each item will be deducted if it was shipped by standard shipping.
– For expedited shipping, we will deduct expedited shipping cost and refund.
– Please allow 10 business days once it is delivered back for your refund to be initiated.
– All packaging, including card, box and pouch must be sent back with the return, if sent back without these, a $5 fee will apply per item.

DOMESTIC (U.S.): 3 – 5 business days

INTERNATIONAL: 7 – 14 business days

Therefore, it generally takes 4 – 7 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order.

Please note: the “ship by” date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual “delivery” date.

For product value over this limit, there will be import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, “Import Fees”), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination, it could be around 10-25% in total, depending on regulations of local authority.

As all of our products are personalized, we will not issue a refund to return-to-sender goods due to unpaid custom duty fee.
