This piece is handmade with lots of time, love & attention to detail in my studio in Manchester, England

My items are ‘Made to order’ so the processing time could be up to three weeks. I always do my best to get your order to you within 1 to 2 weeks. If you need a rush order, let me know and I will do my very best.
All orders are sent via Royal mail signed for or tracked shipping.

Please handle your headpiece carefully. It is recommended that you pick your headpiece up by the base and avoid handling the beading. Please store your headpiece in the box provided.

Usual dispatch time is within 7 days but could be up to 3 weeks depending on the number of orders I have in at any one time.
If you require a ‘rush order’, please contact me and I will ensure you receive your order before your big day or hair trial.
Once your design is made your order will be sent via the following:
UK orders Royal mail recorded delivery – ETA 2 to 5 days.
US orders Royal mail tracked shipping – ETA 7 to 10 days
Rest of the world are sent via Royal mail tracked shipping – ETA 7 to 21 days
It is very important to note that these shipping options are not guaranteed delivery within the timeframe stated.
