We offer a 14-day return policy.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
However, if there are any personal reasons for the return, 50% of the payment will be kept because this is a handmade item. Thanks for your understanding; it will be deducted from your original payment, and others will be refunded once the return ring is received.
Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged.
