SHIPPING

Orders over $5 are shipping with USPS first class, package will arrive on estimate date most of the time, but not guaranteed, as once ship out, the carrier will fully take care the shipping process.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was “Returned To Sender” for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

– USPS Priority Mail : 2-3 business days
– USPS Priority Mail Express : 1-2 business days

USPS shipping is delayed due to Covid. Please allow additional time for your order to get delivered.
International shipping may take 1-2 months due to Covid.
International orders may be charged a customs/handling fee for delivery by your customs office.

RETURNS

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Refund will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of the item(s), earrings are not eligible for returns for sanitary reasons.
Feliz Jewelry Art holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
