These chains are crafted with 100% REAL 10K GOLD and are MADE IN ITALY. Our chains are not vermeil, never gold-filled, never over-layered, and never gold-plated over silver or other metals.

Since our chains are crafted from genuine 10K solid gold, they won’t tarnish, discolor, or fade. They are designed for comfort, making them suitable for wearing while sleeping, showering, swimming, and working out. Additionally, they are nickel-free, ensuring they are hypoallergenic and safe for everyone.

SIZING :

While our gold chains look stunning on their own, the 1.5mm to 3mm widths are perfect for pairing with almost any pendant. For women, we recommend necklace lengths of 16″ to 20″, with 18″ being the most popular length. For men, lengths of 20″ to 26″ are ideal, with 22″ being the most popular length.

To determine the best length for you, take a piece of string or shoelace and drape it around your neck as you would a necklace, then measure the string against a ruler or tape measure.

We accept custom orders for lengths not offered in this listing. Since we have a dedicated in-house jeweler who specializes in sizing chains, you can expect excellent quality and attention to detail in the final customized chain. *PLEASE NOTE: Customizations typically take around 24h to process, and all custom orders are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY :

If you need a different size, width, or length, please reach out to us. We can easily facilitate an exchange or upgrade. Typically, we will credit or charge the difference in price and provide a courtesy exchange label.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days. Please ensure that all paperwork, boxes, cards, and other items are included in the returned package. All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and we process refunds within 13 days. Please note that a restocking fee may be applied if the chain is damaged or used.
