All items are made-to-order and all our stamping is done by hand. As such, there may be slight differences in letter depth and alignment. These imperfections are not defects. They are a sign that this item was made by a real human being who cares.

| PROCESSING
We need time to be sure things are done right before they leave our studio. Orders of smaller quantities will take approximately 2-3 days to complete depending on the current volume of orders that need to be processed. Orders exceeding quantity 10 will take a bit longer, and all these customers will be notified of any delays via conversation. Processing times are not to be confused with shipping times, which are covered in the section below.
