This is a solid gold ring constructed using pure 24k gold.

I start with refined .999 pure gold and melt it to red hot liquid metal, then forge it into a bar which is rolled and pulled into a smooth thick round wire, then formed into a band.

The brilliance of pure 24k (99.9% gold content) gold is unmistakable. The rich color stands out from most standard jewelry that is made from 14k (58.3% gold content) and 18k (75% gold content) jewelry.

The band is a nice round shape with a thick 3mm diameter. This is the biggest size of round wire band that we offer. It looks great for men or women. Weights vary depending on your size selection (The ring in the photos is a size 6 and weighs 8.72 grams.)

Each ring is made to order so there will be very slight variations from what you see here, but I strive for these dimensions and texture that you see in these photos.

While pure gold is a naturally soft metal, the thickness and shape of this piece provides rigidity and overall wearability. Choose whether you would like a matte finish or a high polished finish at checkout. Please note that in order to prevent deforming the round shape of this band, I don’t stamp these with a 24k hallmark like I do with most of my rings.
