Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, jewelry that has suffered deterioration due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.

For rings: If you are unsure of your size, we recommend getting measured at any jewelry store. You can also find printable size guides online.
For bracelets: measure your wrist circumference and add between 1 and 1.5 cm for comfort.
For necklaces: Measure your favorite necklace or use a piece of wire or cable, which you place around your neck and then measure.
To stack necklaces: choose lengths with a 5 cm difference between each chain (or more if the pendant is wide).

The jewelry is made with the greatest care, but if you change your mind, you have 15 days to return your order. Please note, I do not accept returns for earrings for hygiene reasons, nor jewelry that has been personalized at your request. Return costs are your responsibility.
