Polymer Clay is strong but sensible precaution should be taken when wearing/handling the products.
Wipe clean with a slightly dampened cloth or baby wipes.
Do not wear polymer clay jewellery while swimming, bathing or showering.
Product should not be dropped or bent as this will lead to breakage or damage.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Please note that all orders will be posted within 3-5 business days from the date of payment.
All packages are sent via CTT Postal Services of Portugal, unless you choose the shipping upgrade at check out.
Standard Parcel Post does not include tracking and usually takes 7-10 business days, but can take up to 10-30 business days depending on your location.
Please understand that I can not be responsible for items getting lost in the mail if tracked option is not chosen. I’ll provide proof of postage on request, but non tracked items are at the buyers risk. And please contact me if you have any enquiries.
