Description

This wooden ring from zebrawood, is a ring for women and also a band for men. You can offer this wooden jewelry as a wedding band or for an engagement.

These ring is handmade, no lathe or any type of drill is used at all.

I use veneer turned on itself. The wood is polished with natural tung oil and coated with a glossy finish to deliver a durable ring. I also applies a mixture of beeswax and carnauba wax for a better finish.

This method is called “Bentwood”, it make a solid and durable wooden ring.

Heartwood is a light brown or cream color with dark blackish brown streaks vaguely resembling a zebra’s stripes

The wooden ring is water resistant, but I advise you to take it off if it should be immersed for a while.
